Shipping policy

PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS:

¡Hola! A continuación, te compartimos las instrucciones para recoger tu orden de manera efectiva:

1️⃣ Ubicación del Recogido:

  • Todas las entregas deben ser programadas y coordinadas en el pueblo de Newark.
  • No se realizan entregas ni encuentros en puntos medios. El recogido será únicamente en la localidad indicada.

2️⃣ Coordinación:

  • Por favor, escríbenos al (716)247-3437 para enviarte el pin de la ubicación exacta donde podrás recoger tu orden.

3️⃣ Notificación de Órdenes Listas:

  • Una vez tu orden esté lista, serás notificada únicamente por correo electrónico.
  • No se realizarán llamadas telefónicas para indicar que tu orden está lista. Te pedimos que, tras recibir el correo, te comuniques con nosotros para coordinar el recogido.

4️⃣ Alternativa de Envío:

  • Si no puedes recoger tu orden, puedes optar por el servicio de envío a un costo de $6.50.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is authorized and verified.

All orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and/or holidays will be processed the following business day.

To receive your package after it's processed:

- For Puerto Rico orders, allow 5-7  business days.

- For USA orders, allow 5-7 business days.

***We are not responsible for delayed or lost packages during transit due to the postal service***

Friendly Reminder: MuyBella reserves the right to cancel any order and please make sure your address is correct before placing an order, we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Incorrect Addresses may need to pay Shipping fees.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

- After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that your order has been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed? - -

- Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order is confirmed and has been shipped out. However, if the requested address change is due to a mistyped postal address you may contact us at madebydtiago.com with your name, order number and corrected address.

Can I cancel my order?

- Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. Make sure you check your order before confirming it.
